Tina formed Arcus Harbor with her partners to provide clients with the best financing solutions available in the market. She has over two decades’ experience originating, underwriting, and managing loans across all commercial real estate asset classes nationwide with a particular emphasis on multifamily.

In 2021, Tina joined the origination team of Kristen Croxton and Greg Reed at Capital One, helping it originate over $2.4 billion agency business. Tina maintains extensive knowledge of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac executions, from fixed- to floating-rate structures and products including conventional, student, lease-up, credit facilities, and green financing.

Prior to forming Arcus Harbor, Tina was an originator and underwriter during her 12-year tenure at Capital One Multifamily and its predecessor company, Beech Street Capital. Tina joined Beech Street as a deputy chief underwriter, primarily working with West Coast underwriters and origination teams. While at Capital One, she received her chief underwriter designation from Fannie Mae. In that role, she collaborated with originators and underwriters nationwide as well as with external counterparts at Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to structure loans that met clients’ needs and adhered to agency and Capital One credit policies.

Tina is an active member the Orange County chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Irvine.
